It is deeply worrying that the Open University is reportedly barring applications from Cuban students and it is paramount that the UK Government look into this matter further. SNP MP Martin Docherty has welcomed new figures showing that the unemployment rate for West Dunbartonshire has fallen over the past 12 months.
