Health Advice – Coronavirus
Patients with coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms are now asked to dial NHS 24 on 111, day or night, if their symptoms worsen or do not improve after seven days.
Please do not call your GP or go to the surgery. If you require a sick note due to coronavirus, you can get this from the NHS Inform website.
If you don’t have symptoms and looking for general advice on Coronavirus call NHS Inform’s free helpline on 0800 028 2816 (open daily from 8am – 10pm).

Call HMRC’s tax advice helpline on 0800 0159 559 if you run a business or are self-employed and have concerns relating to Coronavirus about paying tax.
Mental Health Helpline
Call Breathing Space Scotland on 0800 83 85 87 for listening, advice and information for people feeling low, stressed or anxious (open Mon-Thur 6pm to 2am; Friday 6pm – Monday 6am).

Domestic Abuse Helpline
Call the Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0800 027 1234 for confidential support fro m highly-trained female advisers.
Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline
Call Rape Crisis Scotland on 08088 01 03 02 for confidential support, advice and information. It is for anyone, women and men, affected by sexual violence, no matter when or how it happened.
Immigration Helpline (Home Office)
Call the Home Office immigration helpline on 0800 678 1767 for immigration enquiries relating to Coronavirus.
Helpline for Refugees & Asylum Seekers
