Reserve a time slot for a chat with Martin
How to book
Surgeries have always been a vital aspect of the work of an MP, and I am keen for that to continue under all circumstances. Hence in-person as well as ‘virtual’ surgeries, your chance as a constituent to talk directly with your Member of Parliament.
1. Select date and time
We’ll usually show two calendars on this page, one for in-person surgeries, held at various locations across the constituency, and another for virtual (online) surgeries. If there are no in-person surgeries scheduled then there will be no locations or dates showing as available.
Please select the date you prefer on the calendar and then the available times for that date will be displayed – each appointment will typically run for no more than 15 minutes. Next click the ‘Continue’ button. On the next screen, please enter your name, address and contact details. Surgeries are only available to my constituents and we’ll need your details to verify this.
2. Online Surgery – Telephone or Zoom?
If you’re looking to request an online surgery then please let us know how you’d like to conduct the call – either via telephone or Zoom – and do please also let us know what you’d like to discuss.
3. Check your email
Your appointment will be provisionally booked. You’ll receive an email acknowledging this, and a subsequent email to let you know that the meeting has been confirmed, together with contact details and a link to the scheduled Zoom meeting, if that was your preference.
